CLO’s Online Delivery of the National Foundational
Training in Family Literacy (2004)
Summary Report: Successes and Challenges

August 31, 2004
By Joanne Kaattari and Vicki Trottier

In June 2004, Community Literacy of Ontario (CLO) completed its second delivery of the national Foundational Training in Family Literacy. This training was made possible thanks to the generous support of the National Literacy Secretariat (HRDC).

As part of this project, CLO committed to sharing information about the successes and challenges of delivering the Foundational Training in Family Literacy online. This information will be shared with the Centre for Family Literacy, other organizations interested in delivering this training, the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU), the National Literacy Secretariat (NLS), and the Ontario Literacy Coalition. This report will also be published on CLO’s website (www.nald.ca/clo).
